Politically, financially and technologically, many of us cultural workers are struggling in these trying times. We have a culturally conservative right-wing government and we’re seeing the slashing of public funding for arts and culture. The social media platforms we rely on for exposure and work are constantly changing up their algorithms and burning us out mentally. The rapid development of AI, and the threat that it may automate us out of our jobs, looms large.

So join us for an evening at Krakel as we come together and discuss these challenges we're facing. Vent your frustrations with us and let us offer each other support as colleagues across all fields and disciplines of cultural work.
